When are we open?
You can make an appointment from Monday till Thursday between 8-12 am and 6-10 pm, or on Friday between 8 am and 8 pm.
How much does a session cost?
Zennekine abides by the tariffs arranged between the health insurance funds and the health care providers. This means that we respect the fixed rates you find below.
How can I pay?
We accept payment via cash, card or Payconiq.
How long does a session take?
A standard physiotherapy session takes about thirty minutes. Depending on the specificity of the pathology this can be extended.
What if I want to cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. You are requested to notify us at least 24 hours in advance via e-mail or telephone. Failing to do so will require us to charge you for the session.
What do I bring with me for my first session?
Make sure to bring your doctor's prescription, a sticker from the health insurance fund, and a towel. Eventually you can provide us with additional information regarding your condition (doctor’s report, MRI-scan, etc.).
Which clothing should I wear?
We believe in an active approach: bring a sporty outfit with you.
Is the cabinet accessible by wheelchair?
The practice is fully wheelchair-accessible, a ramp is provided for easy front door access.
Is it possible to receive treatment at home?
Treatment at home is possible within a 500m radius around the practice.
